An experiential workshop is an experience of encounter, learning and individual growth where the person's inner knowledge or re-knowledge is deepened. Their objective is to promote communication with oneself and with others in a reliable space that allows one to come into contact with one's known and not so known aspects, favoring the realization and development of potential for change.

METHOD: The workshop is developed virtually and/or in person, with up to 30 participants through presentations, discussions and exercises guided by the Instructor, who will accompany the group and each participant as a group throughout the learning process.
