How often do you reflect on your emotions?

a) Rarely.

b) Sometimes.

c) Frequently.

How do you react to criticism?

a) I feel hurt and get defensive.

b) I accept them and try to learn from them.

c) I appreciate them and look for ways to improve.

How well do you understand the emotions of others?

a) I find it difficult to know how they feel.

b) Sometimes I understand how they feel.

c) I can usually identify the emotions of others.

How do you communicate in times of conflict?

a) I avoid confrontations and keep my feelings to myself.

b) I try to express my feelings calmly.

c) I communicate my emotions clearly and listen to those of others.

a) = 1 point

b) = 2 points

c) = 3 points

Interpretation:

​

Low (5-8 points): You need to work more on recognizing and managing your emotions. Consider stress management and emotional communication techniques.

Medium (9-12 points): You have a good understanding of your emotions, but there are areas for improvement. Practice self-reflection and empathy.

High (13-15 points): You are very well in tune with your emotions and know how to manage them effectively. Keep strengthening these skills and helping others.
